Parkwood House is a duplex style house in a quiet gated development convenient to both Dungannon town centre and M1 motorway , mid Ulster perfect for a central location for your business or holiday stay.
The house is duplex style with open living / dining / kitchen , hall and utility room & toilet on ground floor . The two guest bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. The third floor is not for guest use .

We had an incredible stay at Johns house whilst visiting Dungannon for a wedding. From booking the house to the end of our visit John was a proactive host who was very flexible and great at communicating with us.
The house was even better than the photos and really felt like a home away from home! It’s a really private space and a walkable distance into Dungannon centre.
Could not recommend staying at this house enough - brilliant value for money with a great host!
